ORDERS & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated during checkout.

We reserve the right to cancel or refund an order due to pricing errors, inventory issues, suspected fraudulent activity, or other circumstances that prevent us from reasonably fulfilling the order.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

We begin processing orders as quickly as possible.

If you need to make a change or cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Once an order has entered production, been customized, or shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Custom and personalized orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.

SHIPPING

CCO orders are generally processed within 2 business days and shipped through USPS unless otherwise stated.

Shipping and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Once an order has been accepted by USPS, carrier delays and circumstances outside of our control may affect delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Purchases are subject to our Return & Exchange Policy.

Custom, personalized, sale, clearance, and other designated final-sale merchandise may not be eligible for return or exchange except when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error by CCO.

PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNT CODES

Promotional offers and discount codes are subject to the terms stated with the promotion.

Unless otherwise stated, discounts cannot be combined or applied retroactively to previously completed purchases.
