RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Cast & Crosshair Outdoors (CCO), we appreciate every order and want you to love your CCO gear. As a small business, many of our products are made or prepared specifically for each order. Please review our return policy before purchasing.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizes ordered by the customer
  • Change of mind
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

Please carefully review sizing, colors, product descriptions, and order details before completing your purchase.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Please provide your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

If the issue is due to an error on our part, CCO will work with you to make it right through a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.

CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ITEMS

All custom and personalized products are final sale. These items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error by CCO.

SIZING

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size when ordering. Different brands and garment styles may fit differently, so please review available sizing information before purchasing.

Ordering the incorrect size does not qualify an item for a return or exchange.

REFUNDS & STORE CREDIT

Any refund, replacement, exchange, or store credit outside of the circumstances listed above is at the sole discretion of Cast & Crosshair Outdoors.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method when possible. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our part.
